Patient Ratios – 1:2, Flex 1:3 for staffing and downgrades
Type of equipment – GE monitors, ventilators, invasive lines, Chest tubes,
EMR -

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

ACLS, BLS, Critical Care background

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

CV, Trauma
CCRN, NIHSS

Intubations, line insertions, code blue,
Chest tubes, Bronchoscopy, post op recivery
