Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Tribal Technology Consultant that can lend insight into Tribal data and IT systems. This position will function in an advisory capacity related to client solution development and delivery. Based on client requirements, the ideal candidate will reside in Central Time Zone or West Coast Time Zone Your future duties and responsibilities: Conduct needs assessments, develops IT strategic plans, and provide consultations to Tribes on a variety of information technology process improvement issues. Support the oversight and execution of defined strategies with Tribes across the country Collaborate with Childcare SMEs, Strategy SMEs, and other Technology SMEs who are supporting other States, Territories, and Tribes Work with managers and clients to gather business requirements, identify deliverables, and support IT strategies Act as a subject matter expert to provide the vision and strategy for application modernization from a Tribal lens Provide strategic direction for client deliverables Analyze a situation and formulate effective solutions Ability to make technical decisions regarding solutions and how they impact business outcomes Translating system requirements Risk identification and management Integrate with the Child Care Technical Assistance Network (CCTAN) to collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery, Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Master's degree in related field preferred. Extensive Tribal technology experience (preferably within child, youth, or family serving programs) Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the connection between layers of business applications Superior communication skills Experience in a Consulting capacity Public sector consulting experience a plus Experience facilitating workgroups and communities of practice. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
