  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Certified Release Manager (CRM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Equivalent military or technical training in release or project management may be considered.
  • 4-7 years of experience in release management, change management, or related roles within enterprise or government environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing software and infrastructure releases using structured processes.
  • Familiarity with release management tools and platforms, such as Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Must possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex release activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth release processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating advanced automation tools into release management workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based release processes and managing deployments across hybrid environments.
  • Proven ability to identify gaps in release processes and implement innovative solutions to address them.
