1. Pre-Construction Phase

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates to ensure project viability.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

2. Construction Phase

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines and avoid delays.
  • Budget Oversight: Track expenditures and implement cost-control measures to ensure the project remains within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets the project’s specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks (e.g., safety, delays, cost overruns) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all workers.

  • Documentation: Compile project documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and maintenance guides.
  • Evaluation: Analyze project performance to identify lessons learned and improve processes for future projects.
