Congratulations! I am sure you know that every shop owner in town wants to hire you. We are a nationally recognized shop known for our insane level of production and customer satisfaction. We have one of the best service writers in the country, and need to add one of the very best technicians to our team.

Let me define MY definition of a Unicorn A-tech for you:

• You have experience working on ALL Makes and Models, at a large independent shop or the dealer, and are willing and able to work on European cars.
• You can document producing 50 flat-rate hours a week over time. Our shop pays 110% book time on all but a very few repairs(maintenance/canned job items), so the question actually becomes "Can you produce 45 hours a week at a regular shop". That's easy enough for a Unicorn, eh?
• You have a strong attendance record, work ethic, and you aren't an incredible pain in the ass for co-workers and management to deal with. You collaborate well with management and your peers to make us better. You help build shop culture. You make the organization stronger with your presence.

Those are my Unicorn basics. Now, it's time for me to show you that Premier Auto knows how to properly care for and feed a Unicorn!

• 45-hour a week M-F work schedule in a shop where the A/C is actually cold.
• NO WEEKENDS!

Pay: $104,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
