We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual School Sign Language Interpreter to support students in Virginia. In this remote role, you'll play a vital part in fostering communication and empowering students to succeed in their virtual learning environment.

What You'll Do
Provide real-time sign language interpretation for students during virtual classes and school activities.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between students, teachers, and school staff.
Partner with educators and parents to ensure students' unique needs are met.
Maintain accurate documentation of interpretation sessions.

What You Bring
A minimum EIPA score of 3.5 and a passing score on the EIPA written test, OR a VQAS (Virginia Quality Assurance Screening) Level 3.
Valid Virginia Sign Language Interpreter certification.
Prior experience as a school interpreter (preferred).
The ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
