• Location : Arlington, Virginia, 22205

• Position Overview :
  Seeking an experienced Certified OR Tech for a 13-week contract at a well-regarded healthcare facility. This role supports the Operating Room team with various surgical cases, with an emphasis on orthopedic and neuro surgeries, as well as robotic procedures. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, highly skilled in a sterile environment, and adaptable to the needs of a dynamic OR setting.

• Responsibilities :

  • Scrub in for a variety of surgical cases, specializing in orthopedic and neurosurgery.
  • Provide key support for robotic surgeries, collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a smooth operation flow.
  • Maintain high standards for patient care, safety, and infection control.

• Qualifications :

  • Certifications : Active Virginia license, national surgical tech certification, and BLS required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in the OR with specific expertise in orthopedic and robotic procedures; neuro experience is essential.
  • Vaccine Requirements : Flu vaccine required during flu season. Exemptions for medical or religious reasons must ply with CMS guidelines and require prior approval.
