Job Description MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel Cytotechnologist for a travel job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Cytotechnologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. Submission Requirements 3 years current experience in approved laboratory ANOTHER NAME FOR THIS SKILL IS FLUORESCENCE-ACTIVATED CELL SORTING (FACS) Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or related science required Previous travel experience preferred ASPC (Cytometry, SCYM required) or ICCE required - Equivalent certs are not accepted - An ASCP/Cytotechnologist will not be accepted without the SCYM or ICCE Test Must have ability and education to perform high-complexity laboratory testing Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
