WHOLESALE TRANSACTIONS COORDINATOR

Job Summary

The Wholesale Transactions Coordinator will work closely with the Account Managers, Brokers and VP, Operations to help complete mortgage loan transactions. Transaction Coordinators will ensure that all information on necessary documents are completed and follow all compliance guidelines before the file is moved to the final stages of the loan process.

Job Duties

  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements, with an emphasis on FHA, Conventional and NON-QM.
  • Responsible for monitoring and assisting the wholesale pipeline and completing pre-underwriting reviews.
  • Work directly with the Underwriting team and external Broker partners on conditions, documents, and questions.
  • Provide daily and weekly updates to management team
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Processing or Account Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mortgage Lending (within the last 3 years)
  • Encompass experience necessary
  • In-depth knowledge of Wholesale Loan Set-Up process
  • Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, and responsible
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Accepting of change and makes suggestions for change
  • Compliance focused with a customer service mindset

Work Environment

This role operates in the comfort of the employee’s home. This role will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, all which will be provided.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms. This role may require long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Also, the employee must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
