Position Summary:

The training manager will lead the Hanwha Convergence in-house training programs and certification process. Working with other key internal stake holders and external training partners the training manager will develop and maintain the program for Hanwha Convergence to grow and train HCU technicians from entry level through senior technical roles in order to maintain an impeccable safety and training record. In addition to the technical office training the training manager will also be responsible for training and certifying our team members with OJT for specific OEM partners of HCU.
