Salary:
At Orases, the Product Management role is responsible for coaching, and guiding both clients and teams in the development and delivery of software and solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation and development of software solutions for Orases clients, aligning product strategy with business goals and market needs
- Assist in the sales process by creating preliminary designs, roadmaps, and high-level estimates, contributing to the successful acquisition of new clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date on technology trends, industry developments, and changes in the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and innovation
- Effectively communicate with various audiences, including internal team members and clients, ensuring clarity in conveying project details, goals, technical requirements, and solutions
- Utilize research data and analysis to improve business processes, anticipate client requirements, and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure highest level of client satisfaction by guiding solutions that meet business needs and client requirements within their budget, fostering strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and work within best practices, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the product management function
- Conceptualize and build software to solve complex problems and implement scalable software solutions
- Work closely with Digital Project Managers to analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications
- Write clean and functional complex code following MVC or comparable framework
- Provide technical support for software applications as needed
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience of success within a software development or consulting role
- 3+ years of successfully managing projects
- Proven track record of leading and supporting profitable projects with little to no supervision needed
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills including the adaptability to present to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven experience bringing solutions or products from concept to launch
- Demonstrated passion for developing great products that meet customer needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience
