Tasting Room Associate – Ken Wright Cellars
Location: Carlton, Oregon
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays

Ken Wright Cellars is looking for an enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team in beautiful Carlton, Oregon! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social setting, enjoys educating guests about wine, and excels in sales—especially wine club sign-ups!

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with exceptional hospitality, creating a memorable tasting experience
• Promote and sell our wine club memberships, sharing the benefits with enthusiasm
• Pour and describe wines, educating guests about our varietals and winemaking process
• Assist with wine sales, club sign-ups, and checkout transactions
• Maintain a clean, inviting tasting room environment
• Restock wine and merchandise as needed
• Support special events or private tastings as scheduled

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (wine industry a plus)
• A strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently promote wine club memberships
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Passion for wine with a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be at least 21 years old, able to obtain an OLCC Serving Permit & Food Handlers Card.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays (One Weekend off per Month)
