We are seeking an event coordinating rockstar to join our Miami-based team. Do you have passion for creating incredible events and experiences? Are you an outside-of-the-box thinker with ninja-like problem-solving skills? You might just be our person!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development and production of entertainment, events and special programming Schedule production staff, ushers and volunteers within a labor budget Coordinate with internal departments to insure alignment and proper planning Create timelines, event one-sheets and other tools for internal communication and project management Develop relationships with preferred vendors Booking private parties and group tours Assist in recruiting, conduct interviews, and training new and existing teams Assist with payroll procedures across multiple teams, weekly audits, and scheduled submittals. This is a high-pressure job with long hours and requires a dedicated professional who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and give 100% at all times. Flexibility in personal schedule is a must (including Holidays and Weekends) Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed

REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum two years experience with events EPIC Entertainment Group, LLC
