Job Description

Solidworks Mechanical Designer

Position Overview:

Join us as a Designer and drive innovation in modular design for manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Utilize Solidworks software to develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings. Conduct research to enhance design performance and stay updated on industry trends. Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations while promoting excellence in modular design .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative modular components for manufacturing, focusing on functionality and efficiency.
  • Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Solidworks software.
  • Collaborate with engineers to analyze design feasibility and optimization opportunities.
  • Research materials and manufacturing techniques to enhance design performance.
  • Generate comprehensive documentation to support manufacturing and assembly.
  • Provide technical support during production and installation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in modular manufacturing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Solidworks software and relevant design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in HVAC, piping design, and industrial plant design.
Education & Training:
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline or graphics design with 3+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
