Job Description

Our client, a financial firm located in Midtown, is looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist to join their front desk, from January 10th-21st. The successful candidate will sit at the front desk and meet and great guests and answer phone calls. Individual should be poised, and professional as they will be acting as a liaison with clients, investors and other visitors. This person should enjoy having all hands on deck, and work well within a team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a fantastic group of true professionals.



RESPONSIBLITIES

• Meet and greet guests
• Answer all incoming calls and take messages/direct calls as needed
• Handle all incoming mail
• Assist Office Manager with general office duties
• Kitchen stocking
• Maintaining kitchen
• Purchase office and kitchen supplies
• Organize office catering
• Building security requests

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1-2 years' corporate experience
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Must be comfortable in a multi-support role
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have positive energy
• Professional and polished demeanor

SALARY
$25/hour



HOURS
8:30am-5:30/6pm with flexibility BCL Search
