The Role:
As a Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing reputation management campaigns across various industries. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
The ideal candidate has two to three years of experience as a project manager or account executive, with experience leading a small team of analysts. They should possess strong communication and writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a creative, problem-solving mindset. In this role, how you communicate and report to clients is just as important as the results you achieve.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of reputation management strategies.
Stay up to date on reputation management, social media management, SEO, and digital marketing trends, implementing best practices to meet and exceed client expectations.
Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, providing guidance and oversight.
Develop and execute strategic campaigns tailored to each client's needs.
Create comprehensive monthly reports that showcase the impact of our services.
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and contribute to new business opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience managing organic optimization campaigns is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines and consistently meet them.
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to take direction and work independently once briefed.
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions.
Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.
Experience managing client expectations effectively.
Experience leading a small team of analysts and working with external vendors.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Basic knowledge of public relations is a plus.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
