Introduction We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented Senior ABM Marketing Manager to lead our account-based marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize target accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive successful campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ABM campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. Stay abreast of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to enhance ABM strategies. Work closely with marketing automation platform (Marketo), CRM tools, and other tools to execute and track campaigns. Develop personalized and compelling content strategies tailored to target accounts, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve common goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM campaigns, demonstrating measurable impact on revenue and business growth. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Optimizely’s products and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in campaign management or related marketing roles. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders and senior management. Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective campaigns. Experience in managing budgets and resources. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
