Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Our client, a global firm, is seeking candidates for Salesforce Admin roles - in office full time.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Customize Salesforce components to meet business requirements, including fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes.
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Coordinate with stakeholders to test and implement new Salesforce solutions and updates.
Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.
Monitor system usage and perform routine health checks and audits.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
Requirements: ADM-201; Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder.
Integrations projects experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong data management abilities.
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Proactive, diligent, and strong team player.
