Job Description:

• End Client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving.
• This role will focus on configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to align with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce functionality.
• Generate data-driven insights through analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with data management and integration tools.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and implementing technical solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in a product-based Salesforce instance (though not required).
