Term of mandate: 12 months

Work mode: Hybrid (2 days/week in person are required)

We are looking for senior quality assurance analyst.

Your role is to contribute to the realization of quality assurance activities, while respecting the orientations defined in the testing strategy.

Your role requires an understanding of the business domain and the organization, mastery of agile and waterfall project methodologies, and above all a solution-oriented approach.

You will be called upon to collaborate with several stakeholders. In addition, you will intervene in several workshops in order to carry out analyses in order to demystify complex subjects and identify relevant or critical scenarios to be tested. You will also be required to popularize the results of your analyses to the various stakeholders.

• Interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication in French and English are essential skills
• Transverse role
• Participation in the planning and execution of business tests required for printing credit cards.
• Collaboration with the other IT QA in the plastics field.

Requirements and qualifications required

• General knowledge of credit products
• Specific skills
• Knowledge of Hogan (card printing process)
• API testing
• Key transfer to Hogan

Interpersonal skills

Verbal and written communication in French and English is essential, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate with resources outside Quebec

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un analyste en assurance qualité sénior. Votre rôle se résume à contribuer à la réalisation des activités en assurance qualité, tout en respectant les orientations définies dans la stratégie des essais.

Votre rôle exige une compréhension du domaine d’affaires et de l’organisation, une maitrise des méthodologies de projet agile et waterfall, et surtout une approche en mode solution.

Vous serez appelé à collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes. De plus, vous allez intervenir dans plusieurs ateliers afin d’effectuer des analyses dans le but de démystifier les sujets complexes et identifier les scénarios pertinents ou critiques à tester. Vous serez aussi amené à vulgariser les résultats de vos analyses aux différentes parties prenantes.

• La maitrise des relations interpersonnelles et la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais sont des compétences essentielles
• Rôle transverse
• Participation à la planification et à l’exécution des tests affaires requis pour l’impression des cartes de crédit.
• Collaboration avec l’autre QA TI du domaine plastic.

• Connaissances générales des produits de crédit
• Compétences spécifiques
• Connaissance d’Hogan (processus d’impression de carte)
• Tests d’API
• Transfert des clés sur Hogan

 

Maitrise des relations interpersonnelles

La communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais est essentielle, car le titulaire du poste sera amené à collaborer avec des ressources à l’extérieur du Québec
