Alter Domus is currently seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator to join our Implementation Team at our Chicago, IL or Carmel, IN office!

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Assist Project managers in the onboarding process of clients across multiple product verticals
  • Structure implementation materials with input from Project Manager;
  • Prepare project management deliverables for client communications related to the project;
  • Assist Project Managers with client requests and actively engage with the internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Assist the Implementation Team with numerous projects and ad hoc client requests;
  • Exposed to client interactions and learning how to source inquiries to the appropriate parties;
  • Monitor progress on project deliverables by internal parties and report on project deliverables internally;
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Document Collection: Collect from the client Know Your Client (KYC) documentation and submit via operations workflow systems.
  • Support Client Transition Managers with project management tasks around scheduling, organizing project documentation, reviewing, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Actively working directly with internal teams, client, and stakeholders to develop and review project deliverables.
  • Actively manage components of project delivery to ensure AD is meeting client expectations and timetables agreed to.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 0-3 years of project coordinator or similar experience;
  • Ability to provide proactive, well organized, and clear reports to team to track project progress;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Basic financial investment and/or alternative investment knowledge is a plus;
  • Smartsheet or similar project management knowledge is a plus;
  • Desire to move into a Project Management role on the team;
