Parts Delivery Associate

Needed ASAP!

Local car dealership in need of a Parts Counter Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining parts and accessories, assisting with inventory ordering, stocking and inventory control. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A genuine desire to service the customer and a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Promptly meet and assist guests at the retail counter in a friendly and courteous manner
• Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest in a timely manner
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system
• Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:

• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• CDK experience is a plus!!
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to understand and carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be at least 18 years of age; with valid driver’s license that meets company standards; background check and drug screening. May be required to drive company or customer vehicles.
