TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a SHIFT LEAD for our client in in Camp Creek!

Our client in Camp Creek is looking for someone who is willing to learn and become a part of their team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a well-known company.

JOB DETAILS
Shift: Monday-Friday 8pm-4am Saturdays or Sundays as needed.

Pay: $23-27/hour BOE 

JOB DUTIES
Responsible for operating and setting up manufacturing equipment

Understand all process inputs and outputs for manufacture the of proprietary medical device

Coordinate and oversee molding department personnel 

Maintain control of raw materials for efficient production

Make sure employees are meeting production output goals

Analyze and resolve quality and manufacturing problems 

Ensure employees are trained to the current policies and procedures

Assist in creation of work instructions and process flows

Auditing and Correction Data

Operating the Wash line

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate keyboarding skills

Strong Leadership Skills

ISO Related Experience

Computer Savvy/Data Input

Familiar with ERP Systems

2-4 years of shift lead experience required

2-5 years of experience in injection molding highly preferred

Ability to read and comprehend moderate to highly complex instructions

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure (including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
