**Job Responsibilities** :
+ MIG Welding
+ Working with multiple types of steel and/or aluminum
+ Tack Welding
+ Fabrication - operating fabrication machinery
+ Using fixtures and jigs
+ Reading blueprints and interpreting weld symbols
**Desired Experience** :
+ 1-2 years of on-the-job welding experience
+ Proficient in blueprint reading and weld symbols
+ Using precision measuring tools
+ Shop Math: fractions, decimals, and conversions
+ Fabrication experience _preferred_ , not required
**Other Qualifications** :
+ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, bend for extended periods of time
+ Ability to lift between 35-50lbs unassisted
