We are now accepting applications for the 2025 Paid Summer Internship Program!

As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you’ll get a chance to support the team on a variety of projects spanning print & digitals ads, direct mail, email, social media, website and more. You will also get to participate in a wide variety of corporate events that showcase our award-winning culture. These events include:

• Lunch & Learns that provide an in-depth conversations with Leaders in the Organization
• Private meetings with Executives
• Social events with other interns
• 1:1 mentoring
• Networking Events with Senior Leaders

Interns at BASYS will receive a well-rounded experience that demonstrates the inner workings of a payment processing company, while working alongside leaders throughout the organization to provide innovative solutions that help us help our community!

Program Dates: May 27, 2025 - August 1, 2025

General Responsibilities:

• Ad design (digital and print)
• Content Creation (blogs, infographics, videos, etc.)
• Email marketing campaign creation
• Marketing campaign reporting and analysis
• Marketing material design
• Partner evaluations for profitability
• Potential partner research for highest ROI prior to marketing engagement
• Social Media campaign planning and scheduling
• Website design, updating and editing
• Daily administrative tasks necessary to for a marketing department to be successful

• Design - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Abode In-Design
• Email marketing - Marketo by Adobe
• Gift marketing – Alyce
• Live chat and knowledge base – Zendesk
• Social media scheduling – Buffer
• Video marketing – Vidyard
• Website – WordPress, Adobe Target

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, marketing preferred
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week for the duration of the internship
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player
