Kelly Services  is searching for a Manufacturing Assembly Line Supervisor in the Trevose, PA  area!\n Location:  Trevose PA
\n Job Type: Full-time
\n Shift: 1st shift

\n Position Overview:
\nWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Assembly Line Supervisor. This role involves leading a team of assembly line workers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. You will collaborate with the Plant Leader to schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Lead and manage the assembly line team to meet production goals.\n\t
• Collaborate with the Plant Leader for task scheduling and resource allocation.\n\t
• Continuously improve assembly processes to enhance efficiency and quality.\n\t
• Train new employees in assembly and packing techniques.\n\t
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety.\n\t
• Report production status and challenges to the Plant Leader.\n\t
• Ensure adherence to the published Code of Conduct and company policies.\n

\n Required Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent.\n\t
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing assembly environment.\n\t
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.\n\t
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.\n\t
• Knowledge of Bills of Material and Pick Lists.\n\t
• Ability to achieve results as a self-directed, self-motivated individual.\n\t
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.\n\t
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n

\n Preferred Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Additional relevant certifications or degrees.\n\t
• Experience in electrical applications or lighting.\n\t
• Knowledge of mixed mode (stock, make-to-order, configure-to-order) processes.\n

\n Physical Demands: \n\n

\n\t
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.\n\t
• Frequent walking, sitting, standing, talking, and listening.\n\t
• Regular use of hands for computer work.\n\t
• Occasionally use a pallet jack and powered lift trucks.\n
