Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay : $18.00 per hour (with a $4.50 shift differential for 3rd shift)

What's the Job?

• Operate various machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings 
• Accurately record production data
• Perform quality checks 
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment 

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and basic blueprints.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to use basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
