The Lifestyle Manager coordinates general services and activities of an apartment community. Communicates with residents regarding questions or concerns and takes steps to resolve issues or refers them to appropriate associates. First point of contact with resident and provides high level of customer service. Plans, implements and promotes social and recreational programs for property residents.
Full-time Luxury Property Manager, 300+ unit luxury apartment community. Applicants must have minimum 4 years of leasing or industry experience and be a strong closer; strong customer service skills with polished phone etiquette and written communication skills; strong administrative skills; professional appearance and attitude; with strong work ethics and standards.

Lifestyle Coordinator Leadership role
- Report all duties to the Director of Hospitality and Property Managers
- Work hand in hand with director of Hospitality to ensure that Bar operations support Lifestyle events.
- Facilitate training and support individual property concierge
- Manage Event planning, concierge and reporting on a property level
Resident Event Planner Overview
- Assist Director of Hospitality in creating event budgets
- Oversee VIP guests experience
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
- Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize resident events
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
Concierge Overview
- Greet and welcome all residents and guests by name and develop positive relationships
- Update resident software(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Entrata, Skykit, Mailchimp, Adobe, Survey Monkey, etc) as needed
- Oversee amenity and guest suite reservations
- Maintain package lockers & Dry-Cleaning rooms
- Scheduling concierge services such as; rental car reservations, hotel stays, away from home services, car detailing, pet services, etc.
- Update and educate residents on the Butterfly entry system
- Maintain set hours at the front desk or at the leasing office desk.
- Coordinates quarterly wine club events
- Coordinates monthly residential breakfast and movie night
- Coordinates quarterly sporting events and painting class
- Oversees wine machine
- Is available during set hours by phone, email or in person
- Develop / maintain positive relationships with local contacts
- Represents the company in community outreach endeavors
- Maintain relationships with preferred employers and perks partners
- Manages perks partners program and preferred vendor list
- Manages the resident Wine Club
- Manages employee birthday and anniversary celebrations
- Answer inquiries and provide information pertaining to local events (sporting events, concerts, plays)
- Makes dining and other reservations (spa, tee times, pool cabanas, amenities-may consider extending to include approval and securement of amenity agreement)
- Provide information about shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
- Follow up on completed reservations with residents
- Based on preferences, provide suggestions to residents about upcoming events (optional)
- Book private / semi-private events
- Build and present formal concierge offering program with tracking metrics.
- Identify lifestyle brands that cater to our demographic and forge relationships with them to either benefit our residents or create advertising opportunities within Two Light
Reporting Overview - Generate personal ideas on how to present progress / initiatives
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills - Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Email management experience: Entrata, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Etc.
Supervisory Responsibility - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education & Experience - BS in Event Management or High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of required experience in Event Management.
Working Conditions - This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands - The Lifestyle Coordinator will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers which can cause muscle strain. The Lifestyle Coordinator may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Environmental Conditions - The Lifestyle Coordinator may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of residents, guests and contractors. The Lifestyle Coordinator may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Sensory Demands - Sensory demands include use of the computer, which may cause eyestrain and occasional headaches. The office may be noisy and busy making it difficult for the Office Support Worker to concentrate.
Mental Demands - The Lifestyle Coordinator will have to manage a number of requests and situations at one time. Stress may be caused by the need to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
