A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) can establish or expand a private practice with the support of Headway, which helps clinicians with insurance credentialing and billing processes. They can work flexibly, conducting therapy sessions either in-person or via telehealth, while receiving marketing and patient referral assistance. Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
