Maintain existing test suites (manual & automation) Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly Create a Summary report for each test procedure Defect Tracking Communicating with the project team regularly Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes Identifying end-to-end scenarios and code modularitySkills required: Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills Experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud CRM Ability to field functional questions and qualify project/ effort estimates Strong experience in documenting scenarios Background in Automation including design and coding skills using programming languages, such as Typescript/JavaScript Prior experience with Database/SQL Strong experience in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium Working experience on Jira, Confluence, Zephyr squads, Zephyr Scale for reporting Good understanding of continuous integration (CI) tools like Jenkins, Azure Good understanding of source code management tools like GIT Good understanding of the development life cycle of the software Good aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends Accuracy and attention to detail TechnoGen
