Job Description: We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our investment banking team as interns. As an investment banking intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and deal execution. You will work closely with senior bankers on a variety of projects including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
2. Conduct industry and company research.
3. Prepare pitch materials and presentations.
4. Support the due diligence process for transactions.
5. Collaborate with team members on various aspects of deal execution.
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Prior internship experience in finance or related field is preferred but not required.
