Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team at United Fulfillment Solutions. In this role, you will support various HR functions, contributing to employee relations and organizational effectiveness while ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry tasks related to HR functions.
• Facilitate employee relations initiatives and address inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and workers' compensation programs.
• Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives and organizational design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR software such as Paylocity is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial but not required.
