Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Appointments: Coordinate and schedule interviews and appointments for candidates and HR team members, ensuring timely communication and smooth scheduling.
• Phone Support: Make outbound calls to candidates for interviews, follow-up communications, and to provide information about job opportunities.
• Interview Assistance: Assist with the scheduling of interviews and conduct initial phone screenings, ensuring candidates meet basic qualifications.
• Administrative Support: Provide general HR administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
• Receptionist Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and applicants, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist with maintaining accurate records of interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring documents.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance documents are prepared and processed for new hires.
• Other HR Support: Assist with other HR-related tasks and special projects as needed, providing support to the HR department.
