Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front office activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and room availability.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments to enhance guest services.
• Oversee the management of phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette and responsiveness.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships with guests through personalized service and attention to detail.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is essential.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in using phone systems and managing guest services effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
