Job Description

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related field
• A+ certification is a plus, but not required
• Experience in a Helpdesk role, preferred, but not required
• Some experience with G-suite Administration & Mobile Device Management (SaaS) 
• Some experience with ticketing systems preferred, but not required
• Some experience with printers/copiers, basic LAN/WLAN, and phone systems
• Some experience with Mac and PC environments
• Able to assist with carrying network/computer equipment, peripherals and accessories. 
• Able to travel between both campuses, (Manhattan only)
