We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in probate law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning. This is an opportunity to join a thriving legal team in a role that offers the chance to make a significant impact on our clients' lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, providing counsel on probate matters, and representing clients in court. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation and execution of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Manage probate and trust administration, including drafting and filing court documents, managing estate assets, resolving creditor claims, and distributing assets to beneficiaries.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings, including contested wills, trust disputes, and other related matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to estate planning and probate law.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the firm's estate planning practice.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning and probate law, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Proven experience drafting and executing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Strong understanding of probate law and court procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
