We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical education consultant to advance its research and operations agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. As a consultant, you will:
Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of education projects that integrate traditional policies, behavioral economics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to achieve two core goals: (i) Improve teacher attraction, retention, skills, and well-being and (ii) Strengthen student educational trajectories. Additionally, you will advance the Education Division's smart spending agenda through analysis of equitable and efficient resource allocation across teachers, students, and schools.
You will work in the Education Division, part of the Social Department. This team is responsible for formulating public policy solutions to reduce poverty and improve the delivery of education, work, social protection, and health services. The objective is to advance a more productive region, with equal opportunities for men and women, and greater inclusion of the most vulnerable groups.
