Dynamics 365 Change Manager



Job requirements-
  • Developing and managing organizational change management within a large IT transformation project.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in organization change management and exposure to interacting with C-level executives
  • Proven experience in change management methodologies and best practices
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities and features, 3-5+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Training development and delivery expertise
  • Ability to analyze data and identify potential change impacts
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skill
  • Experience in Training and User Management
