Dynamics 365 Change Manager Job requirements- - Developing and managing organizational change management within a large IT transformation project.
Required Skills and Experience: - 6+ years of experience in organization change management and exposure to interacting with C-level executives
- Proven experience in change management methodologies and best practices
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities and features, 3-5+ years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
- Project management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Training development and delivery expertise
- Ability to analyze data and identify potential change impacts
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skill
- Experience in Training and User Management
