Roman Electric Co., Inc.  is hiring a Delivery and Logistics Associate to support our Residential Home Services team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our warehouse and field teams, delivering essential equipment and supplies to employees working at customer homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver water heaters, furnaces, A/C units, and supplies to field employees safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including pickup trucks and box trucks or vans.
• Coordinate with departments and the fleet manager routine maintenance appointments for company vehicles.
• Organize and manage warehouse inventory for smooth operations.
• Assist with basic electrical prefabrication tasks when not on deliveries.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections to ensure reliability.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates effectively with team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Pickup truck driving experience (required).
  • Experience with box trucks or large vans (preferred).
• Driving Record:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Physical Capability:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) regularly.
