Data Entry Clerk 

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk onsite only . 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payables bill & invoice processing 

Admistrative bookkeeping

Data entry – typing/entering data, including orders, into a database or computer software.

Administrative/Clerical - experience or skill performing administrative tasks in an office such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents or maintaining records.

Organizational skills - ability to organize workload, processes, or physical objects and spaces.

Qualifications:

• Accurate and fast typing skills
• Excellent computer literacy; skilled in quickly mastering new interfaces and systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Great professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• A “can-do” positive attitude
• Ability to multitask while maintaining focus

HOURS: 7:30am to 4:00pm plus overtime M-F
