+ ?This job is a member of the Facility Operations Team, within the Corporate Real Estate Department.
+ ?Responsible for managing Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC) Operational Administration, Lead Environmental Coordinator, and Vehicle Inventory/Registrations/Sales. This job will also oversee and coordinate facilities vendor contracts.
**What you'll do**
+ Manages Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC) facility maintenance operations
+ Manages Skyview Campus Service Vendor Contracts by initiating bids as needed, including price negotiations, and seeking approvals for new/updated contracts.
+ Schedules Campus preventative maintenance inspections
+ Serves as the Skyview Campus Lead Environmental Coordinator
+ Assists facility maintenance department with Skyview Campus projects as needed and assigned by coordination and oversight
+ Performs setup for electronic payments as well as processing invoices
+ Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, requiring evening/night/weekend schedules
+ Ability to work on rotation as on-call Manager on Duty for after-hours/weekend concerns
+ On-call 1 weeks for every 6 weeks for evening and weekend emergencies
+ On-site after-hours maintenance supervision, as needed

**Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ ?High School diploma or GED Equivalency
**Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ ?Facilities maintenance experience including prior electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
+ EPA/TCEQ environmental commercial/industrial site management
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Knowledge of computer skills to include Excel and Database
+ Strong problem solving and organizational skills
+ Ability to self-manage
