Computers and More established in 1983 seeks full-time computer tech and support specialist. M-F 9-5 pm.
Responsibilities: Diagnosis and repair of PCs and laptops. Software updates and installations. Malware and virus removal. Support and communication with customers regarding their systems and upgrade recommendations. Knowledge of computer parts and prices. Must know Mac and PCs, including OS. Tear down of laptops. Data transfers and data recovery. Must have strong problem-solving skills. On-site service calls Network setup and troubleshooting. This is not an entry-level position. Clean DMV record and own transportation. Must have organizational skills Sales of computer parts and accessories. You will run the store when owner is gone. Tutoring customers in store and on site.Refurb used laptop and desktop computers for sale.
