*Job duties include:*
* Assisting clients in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistance bathing, grooming, linen changes, etc.
* Preparing meals within a patient's diet and assisting clients with eating, when necessary.
* Assisting clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises as directed and instructed by the client's Plan of Care.
* Performing light housekeeping, which facilitates client self-care in the home.
* Meeting the safety needs of the client by utilizing equipment safely and properly.
* Completing records accurately and performing all assignments as requested.

*Our requirements include:*
* Acceptable background check. Must pass the GA Dept of Health Fingerprinting
* Three professional /personal references.
* Experience as a caregiver in a professional setting. (agency, private duty, facility or other paid setting).
* Valid First Aid and CPR certification or BLS
* Recent TB Test or X-Ray
* Valid Photo Identification

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
