Job Title: Change Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager

What's the Job? - Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational initiatives and projects.
- Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to understand business goals and align change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build organizational capability in change management and continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning, encouraging feedback and experimentation.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and tools.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and measure outcomes.
