Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

As a BAS Service Project Manager, you will oversee building automation system (BAS) projects, contributing to departmental growth and reporting to the Director of BAS. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing financials, estimating costs, coordinating resources, and supporting sales efforts. The role also involves collaborating across divisions, attending project meetings, and participating in professional organizations.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls industry experience
• 2+ yeasr of service sales and/or estimating experience
• Project management

NICE TO HAVE:

• Automated Logic (ALC), Tridium Niagara (N4), and Distech experience is strongly preferred
