We are currently engaged in a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Naval Base Guam, and we are seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator with federal NAVFAC experience to join our team. Job Summary: The Bid Coordinator will work closely with our Estimator and Proposal Writer to coordinate and conduct site visits, collaborate with subcontractors for price proposals, and ensure that all specifications are thoroughly reviewed and accurately priced for task orders. The General Contractor (GC) is located in California, so the candidate must be flexible in regard to the time difference. In addition to these responsibilities, the Bid Coordinator will also perform various administrative duties in the office, such as maintaining project documentation, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with correspondence. This role is crucial for meeting submission deadlines and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bid proposals.
