Job Description
We are seeking a highly self-motivated, relentless and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at a large Domestic and Import dealership in Missouri. As a Full Time Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all financial aspects of vehicle sales transactions. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers are offered the best financing/insurance options and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. As an individual contributor, the Automotive Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of the dealership by maximizing profits and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is an individual contributor role that offers competitive compensation of $100,000 per year ++.
We are not looking for a "job hopper". Our turnover in this dealership is far below industry standard and we want to keep it that way. If you think you can be a value add to the TEAM day in and day out and is someone that can create immediate results by being an effective producer in all metrics of PVR, PPD's and margins, then we want to talk with you!
NOTE: Special consideration for applicants that have Finance experience in mortgages, marine, RV, motorcycle or other industries related to customer loans. Lender relationship references required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in automotive finance
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulations
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
- Automotive Sales License and Notary Public Commission preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
