About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Dean for Student Experience and Success to lead the delivery of an exceptional online student experience and support the retention and degree attainment of adult learners. The successful candidate will serve as the Chief Student Affairs Officer, responsible for leading the student experience and engagement strategy, academic support and advising, student support services, and stakeholder engagement. This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, a proven track record in online adult learner success, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. The Associate Dean will be at the forefront of implementing innovative, data-informed approaches to enhance the online student experience and success, and will be expected to represent the school at various levels, advocating for the needs of online students. Applicants for the Associate Dean position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years' experience in student services administration, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior role within higher education. The role demands a candidate with significant experience in an online adult student population and a strong background in leveraging technology solutions to improve student engagement and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and mentor staff, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Key responsibilities include leading the online student experience components, developing and implementing a best-in-class student advisement and services model, and collaborating with various teams to drive student success and satisfaction.
