On top of our incredible niche, we offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and retirement planning. **Job Details** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, and requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 1. Managing all aspects of construction projects from initial conception to final completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety. 2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create comprehensive project plans and schedules. 3. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring that all resources are used efficiently and effectively. 4. Managing project budgets, including tracking expenditures and making adjustments as necessary to keep the project within financial parameters. 5. Leading project teams, including supervising staff, subcontractors, and vendors, and maintaining a positive and productive working environment. 6. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to plan. 7. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and resolving any issues or disputes that arise during the course of the project. 8. Preparing and presenting regular project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget summaries, and forecasts. 9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a particular emphasis on architecture. 2. A bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3. Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. 4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues. 6. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and controlling costs. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, from architects and engineers to clients and contractors. 8. Proficiency in construction software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar. 9. A thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. 10. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
