Are You the Right Fit?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secure a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Applied Engineering from an esteemed institution.
• Five or more years enriched in the manufacturing realm.
• Authorization to work unrestricted in the U.S., verified at hiring.
• Capability to navigate export-control mandates.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s advancement.
• Investment casting exposure enhances appeal.
• Prove leadership that invigorates employee engagement.
• Expertise in navigating change dynamically.
• Mastery over lean manufacturing, total quality management, Six Sigma philosophies.
• Prowess in driving manufacturing excellence.

• Exceptional in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation.
• A verbose grasp over financial perspectives.
• Tooling, molds, and dies experience in particular industries a plus.
